El aeropuerto de Barcelona perdió un 8,6% de pasajeros durante el mes de agosto y acumula una pérdida de pasaje del 4% en lo que va de año. Este comportamiento llama la atención si se compara con Madrid-Barajas que durante el 2008 registra un incremento de pasajeros del 2,7%. La dependencia de las compañías de bajo coste de El Prat, con respecto a la llegada de turistas, se sitúa en el 43,3% mientras que Madrid sólo depende en un 16,2%.<\/p>\n

Por lo que respecta al comportamiento del resto de aeropuertos catalanes destaca Girona que se ha situado en la posición número 9 del ránking de aeropuertos españoles con 3.853.030 pasajeros entre enero y agosto y un espectacular incremento del 20,4%. Reus por su parte ha sufrido un descenso de pasajeros del 4,9% (891.663 pasajeros acumulados en 2008)<\/p>\n

AENA ha publicado los datos del conjunto de aeropuertos españoles detallando los datos de pasajeros y operaciones realizadas durante este año. En cuanto al número de operaciones realizadas el aeropuerto de El Prat ha realizado en estos meses un 6% menos, Girona ha subido el 18,9% y Reus el 6,8%. <\/p>\n
