45 restaurantes catalanes han sido reconocidos por la Guía Michelin 2010. En total los establecimiento de Catalunya suman 56 estrellas, siete más que l’año pasado.<\/p>\n

La guía gastronómica francesa, que este año celebra 100 años, ha otorgado la tercera estrella a la Bodega de Can Roca y ya son 4 los restaurantes catalanes que cuentan con la distinción máxima superando a los tres que hay al País Vasco. .<\/p>\n

El Celler de Can Roca en Girona se suma así, a El Bulli, en Roses, de Ferran Adrià; El Racó de Can Fabes, en Sant Celoni, de Santi Santamaria; y el Sant Pau, en Sant Pol de Mar, de Carme Ruscalleda, todos ellos con tres estrellas. También han mejorado su calificación Les Cols (Olot), Lasarte (Barcelona), con dos estrelles; y Enoteca del Hotel Arts (Barcelona), Bo.Tic (Corçà), El Torreó de l’Indià (Xerta) y La Fonda Xesc (Gombrèn) que han aconseguido su primera estrella.<\/p>\n
